Can I rotate all pages at once?

Currently each page is set individually. Set the same angle for all pages to rotate the whole document uniformly.

Does rotation affect the content quality?

No. PDF rotation is stored as a metadata flag on the page object. The content is not re-rendered or re-encoded, so there is no quality loss.
