About PDF to Image Converter
Sometimes you need a PDF page as an image — for a presentation slide, a website thumbnail, or to share a single page without sending the whole document. This converter uses PDF.js (Mozilla's open-source PDF renderer) loaded in your browser to render each page at 2x scale onto a Canvas element, then exports it as a PNG. The 2x scale means a standard A4 page (595pt wide) renders at 1190px wide — sharp enough for most uses. Pages are rendered sequentially and displayed as a scrollable list, each with its own 'Download Page N' button. Encrypted or password-protected PDFs will show an error. Scanned PDFs render as images of the scanned pages (no text extraction). The entire process runs client-side — no file is uploaded.
