About PDF Metadata Viewer & Editor
PDF metadata — title, author, subject, and creator — is embedded in the document and visible to search engines, document management systems, and screen readers. Incorrect or missing metadata is common in PDFs exported from design tools or converted from other formats. This tool loads your PDF with pdf-lib, reads the existing metadata fields, and lets you edit the Title, Author, and Subject fields. The Creator field (the software that created the PDF) is shown as read-only. The page count is also displayed. Click 'Save with Updated Metadata' to download the modified PDF. The page content is completely unchanged — only the metadata fields are updated.
