About Temperature Converter
Temperature conversions are needed constantly in cooking, science, weather, and engineering. This converter uses exact formulas: Celsius to Fahrenheit is C × 9/5 + 32, Fahrenheit to Celsius is (F - 32) × 5/9, and Kelvin is always Celsius + 273.15. Enter a value, choose the source unit (Celsius, Fahrenheit, or Kelvin), and all three values appear simultaneously in large cards. The source unit card is highlighted with a ring. Values are shown to 2 decimal places. Scientists working in Kelvin, cooks converting oven temperatures between Celsius and Fahrenheit, and travellers checking weather forecasts in unfamiliar units are the primary users. Runs entirely in your browser.
